Selection Tips
We have the following tips for you during our selection process
Application Screening
Answer all questions in full. Keep your information focused and simple. This is the only way we know you before any further selection steps.
We only receive applications with our Application Form format.
Aptitude Test
We will have two tests on Numerical Reasoning and Logistical Thinking Reasoning.
You can search Google for some sample tests to get acquainted with those types of test
Remember to be yourself in our test!
Initial Interview
We will focus to ask you about yourself and what you have achieved in life including your study and your extra curriculum activities.
Share with us your own real experience: what happened, what did you do at that time and what have you learnt.
We may require you to bring along your academic transcripts in this round.
Assessment Center
It is an One-Day Assessment with the following activities: reading case study & writing reports; group discussion & presentation; and final interview.
It will require lots of skills in this final Assessment Center including
- Speed reading, identifying key information and make proper recommendations
- Presenting idea proposal for assessment panel and being able to support your proposal with challenges from the panel
- Participating in discussions to solve issues together with a team
