UFresh Program

In addition to Unilever Future Leaders Program, we also offer fresh undergraduates with career opportunities in various functions.

Our UFresh Program is specially designed for fresh graduates who are passionate to develop their career in FMCG industry right after graduating from universities. Successful candidates will have real job assignments with on-the-job coaching and training workshops to build a professional career with Unilever in various functions, i.e. Customer Development (Sales), Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, etc.

Requirements

• Fresh undergraduates from university in 2011 or early 2012

• Good GPA min 6.5/10

• Zero or limited working experience

• Good numerical and logical thinking skills

• Good communication in both Vietnamese and English

• Passionate, willing to work hard and travel to provinces

• Technical or engineering background preferable for Manufacturing

• Vietnamese nationality

• Round 3                       : Initial Interview

• Round 4                       : Business Case Assignment

• Round 5                       : Final Interview
